serene beachside retreat
peaceful escape elegant comfort refined setting
the beach offered a peaceful escape with clear waters. the rooms provided elegant comfort and classy design, perfect for relaxation. dining at the manhattan lounge featured really good drinks in a refined setting , while in-room dining delivered delicious dishes right to our door.
the poolside service could have been more attentive. i think more staff could be proactive in offering refreshments and assistance to guests lounging by the pool.

the hotel includes two pools, one for adults and one for families, offering varied recreation. there is also a wide beach area with seating that allows guests to soak up the sun and enjoy the open sea. a fitness studio is located next to the hotel.

amazing breakfast luxurious hotel
i loved the amazing breakfast buffet. the beach is also amazing, it has turquoise water. the hotel is very luxurious too, so fancy!
the poolside service was slightly slow to respond.

Acceptable stay, some issues identified
excellent service swiss roll unfriendly welcome incorrect information
Santosh in olea restaurant provide amazing service. he heard I want to try the swiss roll from the deli counter. presto he presented it to me at breakfast, I was surprised. The rooms were spacious I must say, and the bathroom was perfect for a large family.
Check in was functional, I did not received a warm friendly welcome. one staff member told us incorrectly that we could not sit outside if ordering wine with lunch due to Ramadan. Later i have been informed that outdoor seating was perfectly allowed with wine.

breakfast buffet equipped gym uncomfortable bed cleanliness issues
the breakfast buffet was very nice! there was a fun touch with freshly made items scooped straight from the pan. the gym is fully equipped with everything including a squat rack and dumbbells up to 50 kg.
The bed was uncomfortable. It was very soft. i encountered a cockroach, which indicates issues with cleanliness.

comfortable loungers great variety carpet smell limited menu
The adult pool was great. The beach was very clean and well-kept I enjoyed my time there. The breakfast had many options it offered a great variety. Staff was helpful.
The room showed some signs of wear the carpet had a noticeable smell upon arrival. The in-room dining menu after 11 PM was limited the food quality wasn't really good.
